Where it is reasonable without opening or dismantling the device, we use questions, experience and brief checks to narrow down the likely cause. This initial assessment and a non-binding indication of the possible cost range are free of charge. They are not a full diagnosis or a binding quotation, do not guarantee repairability, final price, turnaround time or parts availability, and do not create a repair order. Detailed diagnostics, opening or dismantling, extended testing and repair work are chargeable and start only after we explain the next step and you expressly approve it.
